Instead of letting all these valuable ketones go to waste, you’re going to make use of them… by drinking your own urine!
Forget about spending money on expensive ketone supplements.

Here are some tips to ensure you’re getting the maximum benefit:
1. The urine needs to be consumed when warm, as the ketone bodies degrade quickly once they get below body temperature. So don’t stick it in the fridge to save for later. Ideally, it should come straight out and straight back in again.
2. Morning urine is best, as the concentration of ketones will have built up in the kidneys overnight, ensuring you’re getting the maximum amount of ketones into your system.
3. For best results, add it to your morning cup of coffee. Because urine is slightly acid in the morning (after fasting), it will neutralize all harmful mycotoxins (including ochratoxin) found in coffee beans, making your coffee safer and better for you.
